The terms of lease
- For a year lease (It can be extended up to 3 years)
- Only for business use
- All management costs(such as heating and cooling, electricity, and water) are included in the maintenance fee.
* Telephone, internet, and unattended security costs are charged separately.

- A copy of the Business license
- A Seal Certificate (Registered Seal)
- A copy of the Corporate Registration
